What is the warranty on our products?
At Tu Batería Smart we stand behind the quality of our products with a full warranty and real support:

a. Starting batteries → full 3-year warranty.
Mini Galaxy, Galaxy, Super Nova, Zeus and Hercules

b. Motorcycle batteries → full 1-year warranty.
Spark, Mini Spark, Super Spark and Ozone

c. UPS batteries → full 1-year warranty.
Reactor, Mini Reactor and Mini Dynamo

d. Solar batteries → full 3-year warranty.
Artudito, Avatar, Dynamo Eco and Dynamo Pro

e. Golf cart batteries → full 3-year warranty.
Star 185 and Star 100

f. Inverters → manufacturer's warranty.
• 12kW Hybrid Inverter (IP67): 3-year manufacturer's warranty.
• 3kW, 5kW, 6.5kW and 10kW Hybrid Inverters: 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

g. Solar panels → warranty directly with the manufacturer.
BiFacial solar panels carry the manufacturer's warranty, handled directly with the brand. We are happy to guide you through the claim process.

h. Backup kits and solar kits → each component keeps its own warranty.
The batteries, inverters and panels included in a kit keep the warranty listed for each product on this page.

i. 12V chargers and inverters → no warranty.
They are tested in our store at delivery to verify they work correctly.

What should I do if my product has a problem?

If your product has any issue, contact us on WhatsApp at 6332-3954 or visit our store. At Tu Batería Smart we offer full support, and every battery is delivered with its own serial number, which guarantees its warranty will be honored. For inverters and solar panels, we guide you through the process with the manufacturer.
